The following specifications and drawings are applicable; Specificat ion(s) EA-F-1379 with amendment 9, ASTM D3951, EA-C-1499 with amendment 10, Quality Assurance Provision QAP5-1-1076 with NOR Y73-0105-035, Drawing(s); 5-1-1041(2), 10-1075(2), 5-1-1076(2), 5-1-1077, 5-1-1078, 5-1-1555, 5-81-203, 5-1-1048(2), 5-1-1088(2), 5-1-1544, 5-81-193 and 5-1-2016. Solicitation shall contain option to purchase up to 100% of the initial quantity. Government Furnished Property will be provided to awardee. First Article is required 30 days after award of contact or 30 days after rece ipt of government furnished property, whichever is later. The government intends to visit the contractors facility to witness first-article testing. FOB Destination, Pine Bluff Arsenal, AR. Delivery of production quantity shall be at a rate of 6,400 of the various sizes per month until the total order quantity is delivered. Acquisition is being conducted utilizing full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
