NA The US Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center/Natick intends to conduct negotiations with and award a contract to Frederick Manufacturing, SFA Inc, 20 South Street, Frederick, MD 21701 on a noncompetitive basis for the purchase of an estimated quantity of 5 0 each Containerized Latrine Systems, Mfg. P/N 5-13-6736; NSN: 4510-01-477-7764, Colors: FED-STD-595 for green # 383 or Tan # 380; See Section 6 of MIL-PRF-13312R. The Government anticipates that this acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Require ments type contract with a Five Year Ordering Period and one Option for an additional Five Years. The estimated quantity for the total contract is 50 each. All deliveries will be F.O.B. Origin. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) c ode is 333319, the size standard is 500 employees. This notification should NOT be misconstrued as a request for proposal. The Containerized Latrine System, which is a hygiene system, must be compatible and comply with existing Force Provider Requirement s and Systems. SFA designed and produces the current system the U.S. Army is using.
