The Office of Indian Education Programs invites interested responsible parties to submit a proposal for the design and construction of an elevated water tower to provide domestic and fire protection water supply at the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Huerfano Dormitory located on the Navajo Reservation, 25 miles south of Bloomfield, New Mexico on highway 44. Sizing and design of the elevated tank shall be in accordance with section 4 of AWWA D100. This requirement is full and open. However, if we do receive two or more proposals from qualified Native American Businesses, we have the option to modify this synopsis to set-aside this requirement 100% Native American Businesses.
