The Contractor shall furnish all transportation, supervision, labor, equipment, materials and incidental necessary to replace the water supply plumbing, replace selected fixtures, perform miscellaneous repair and clean up work as shown on the contract documents for the barracks on the San Joaquin Experimental Range. Work includes: removal of old water piping, installation of new piping, insulation, replacement of selected fixtures, repair of a floor in one bathroom, cleaning of selected fixtures, and related work.
