This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. All responsible Contractors shall provide a quote for the following: Line Item 0001: Sterilizer/Compactor, San-I-Pak, model Mark VI-N or equal. To include the following: 40 Cu. Yd Liquid Sealed Roll-Off Container, Load Mounted Cart Dumper, Weighing System, 15 EA 64 Gallon Trainable DOT cart w/Lid, Latches & Bio-Hazard Symbol, 50 FT Heavy Duty Steam Wash Down Kit, full length flared guide channels, Intel-I-Com System w/in-house monitoring software package, sterilizer and compactor spare parts package, and deodorant system package. Line Item 0002: Removal of existing San-I-Pak, Model Mark VII and discard. Line Item 0003: Installation of sterilizer/compactor to tie into the existing utilities. Line Item 0004: Freight to Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska Additionally, offers of equal quality must include a copy of the technical description and/or product literature, as well as, a description of commercial warranty.
