The City of St. Charles, Missouri is seeking bids from qualified contractors for intersection improvements at Friedens Rd. & Fairgrounds Rd. Bid documents are available online at https://planroom.drexeltech.com. Bids are to be returned prior to 2:00 PM, City time, on Wednesday, July 12, 2023. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM in the Engineering Department at City Hall. For those projects with a total cost of more than $75,000.00, Annual Wage Order No. 29 shall be in effect for the project. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The City is an EOE; and fully complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes and regulations in all programs and activities.
