(I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) Solicitation F1363032035400 is being issued as a request for proposal. (III) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. (IV) This requirement is being synopsized as a small business set-aside under standard industrial classification code 3569, NAICS Code 333298, small business size standard of 500 Employees. (V) COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall purchase all required installation material and provide qualified technicians in sufficient quantities to repair and install parts required for the C+500 Dynamometer. All parts will be removed by the customer and shipped to business location. The listed parts will then need to be reconditioned/repaired, transported to Davis-Monthan AFB, installed, and tested. The parts numbers are as follows: D-35492 (MFSC), 28357 (METER), 27805 (MAGNETIC PICK UP), 28096 (LOAD CELL). The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, services, and incidentals to provide a complete and usable end product. No alterations, additions, or deletions shall be made unless by prior written approval of the Contracting Officer. All work must meet or exceed acceptable industry standards and codes for the building trades. (VII) Place of delivery: BLDG 4704, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707. F.O.B. POINT IS DESTINATION. Proposal will be evaluated on price, price related factors and past performance.
