The successful vendor will be a proven manufacturer or supplier of professional commercial equipment that meets the performance and quality requirements. Compliance with the latest issue of American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Portable Automotive Lifting Devices, ASME-PALD, is required, along with other requirements of the DFP. Commercial manuals are required. Product Verification Testing is required, unless waiver is requested and granted. Quantity is 128 each with a 200 percent evaluated option, Inspection and Acceptance are at source, FOB is destination. This requirement is a 100 percent Small Business Set-aside.
