ANY PERSON REQUIRING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS SHALL NOTIFY DAVID TOLBERT OR ALAN REISDORPH OF THE TYPE(S) OF ACCOMMODATION REQUIRED NOT LESS THAN FIVE (5) DAYS BEFORE THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE.
