The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to maintain, repair, and inspect the real property vertical transportation equipment (VTE) at Minot AFB and Missile Alert Facilities (MAF), North Dakota in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation. NOTE: The term "VTE" in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) includes all equipment listed in the PWS, Appendix A: freight and passenger elevators, and may include wheelchair/stair lifts, dock levelers, and dumbwaiters.
