Delivery date: 2/4/05 ; Notice of Intent to issue an order to Snap-On Industrial, Division of IDSC Holdings, LLC of Crystal Lake Illinois for 30 Tool Cabinets, Mdl. KRB7107B, and 200 Foam Inserts, Mdl. FCE7445. The Government requires these particular items to interchange with existing tool cabinets and tool accessories. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to these requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within 15 calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract bas! ed on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. If no responses are received within 15 calendar days after publication of this synopsis which meets the Government's requirements, a contract will be placed without further notice.
