This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

REQUIREMENTS: Miscellaneous handtools (see attached Quote Sheet for item detail). Items must be received NLT 25 April 2012 at Draper, UT 84020. Multiple awards may be made for this requirement.

FUNDING: Funding is not presently available for this contract. Award of a contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.

EVALUATION FACTORS: The contract type for this procurement will be firm fixed price and award will be made on the basis of offeror's ability to provide the items within the required timeframe; lowest price technically acceptable.
