This is an Indefinite Quantity (IQC) Solicitation under Commercial Test Program Procedures. SPM5AZ-07-R-0052 This procurement is for a core of 191 NSN?s of FSC 5310 with 643 additional potential items that may be added on a post-award basis via Add/Delete Clause. The procurement is coded ?1-G ? Fully Competitive?. Solicitation will be issued in accordance with the Qualified Suppliers List for Manufacturers and Dealers (QSLM/D) Program (See numbered note 23). The proposed contract is for a two year base, and contains an option to extend the term of the contract for three (3) additional years, on a yearly basis. This acquisition is being issued on an unrestricted basis, and contains a guaranteed minimum. Expected delivery is 300 days. The 1st NSN is 5310-00-023-7205. The items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in English language and in U.S. dollars. Numbered Note 12 applies. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Award of a fixed-price, with economic price adjustment contract, applies. The BSM Computer System only accepts a unit price including two decimal places so offers must be provided in accordance with this requirement. Vendors are requested to provide their pricing and delivery via disk or CD Rom in Microsoft Excel format. Vendors should note that these requirements are NOT solicited on an ?all or none? basis and proposals made on this basis will NOT be considered. Each item will be evaluated based on the proposal for that particular item independently of the proposals for other items. Past performance will be more important than price.
