The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit, in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and IMF, Bremerton, WA for the purchase of BOLT LEVEL 0NE for use at Bremerton, WA in accordance with government specifications. Required delivery date is 21 APRIL 2017. FOB Destination pricing required. This requirement to be solicited using commercial, simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. The acquisition will be solicited anticipating award of a Firm, Fixed-Price SSUPPLY type contract. The proposed contract is SMALL BUSINESS SET ASSIDE 100%. Per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
