Delivery is 30 days after receipt of delivery order for initial order and 21 days after receipt each delivery order thereafter. Offerors shall be advised that quantities are estimated over a five year period, these are not one time deliveries. Variation in quantity is +/- 5% for FCI Sheridan. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on an all or none basis. Offers shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, 320 First Street NW, 400 Building, 7th Floor, Washington, DC 20534, ATTN: Bid Custodian. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
