UNICOR intends to enter into a five-year firm fixed price Requirements type contract for Hardware. The solicitation number is FN1110-02 and this solicitation is issued as an Request For Proposal (RFP). This solicitation is for several hardware items. The items, detailed descriptions, quantity and unit of measure will be provided in solicitation document. Items are to to be delivered FOB Destination FCI Sheridan, 27072 Ballston Road, Sheridan, OR 97328,and FCC Allenwood, Golf Course Road, Montgomery, PA 17752. Minimum delivery order quantity, maximum and combination delivery order quantity will be available in solicitation document. The proposal shall reference Solicitation # FN1110-02. Delivery is 21 days after receipt each delivery order for FCI Sheridan. 30 days for initial order and 15 days after receipt of each delivery order for FCC Allenwood, PA for all other orders. Offerors shall be advised that quantities are estimated over a five year period, these are not one time deliveries. Variation in quantity is +/- 5% for FCI Sheridan and FCC Allenwood. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on an all or none basis. Offers shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, 320 First Street NW, 400 Building, 7th Floor, Washington, DC 20534, ATTN: Bid Custodian. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: past performance, conformance to specification and, and price. This is a best value procurement.
