The purpose of this modification/amendment to the prior synopsis is to to delete the descreption paragraph stating this is a Sole Source to American Rigging. This is a typographical error and should be deleted. This current requirement is a competitive Small Business Set-Aside under the prescribed SIC/NAICs (see announcement).
