The government is soliciting for a Greenhouse. This is a combined synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 15 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. GREEN HOUSE SPECIFICATIONS: Vendor to supply all labor, equipment and materials to provide and install (1) prefabricated 20ft x 40ft steel framed, gabled (8ft eave), 8mm polycarbonate covered greenhouse with (2) fans (1 one speed and 1 two speed fan), (1) 20 ft cooling pad, a Modine TPD100A unit heater or equal (must use liquid propane gas), a Wadsworth Step 50A controller or equal, a contactor panel and job specific wiring diagram. Benches, cement work, utilities, and permits are not to be included in cost. Freight and installation shall be included in the price. Vendors must be registered in the CCR in order to receive award. A pre-award survey will be conducted prior to award. This is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 423390.
