This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number M00681-11-T-0074 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement, current to DCN 20100820. The North American Classification System Code is 332311 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. HQCO 1st Marines Supply has a requirement for the following: SEE ATTACHED 1449 SOLICITATION. The following timeline is provided in accordance with the acquisition plan: 16 March 2011, Solicitation issue (2) All requests for information (RFIs) are due by 17 March 2011. (3) Responses to all RFIs will be posted via NECO/FEDBIZOPPS on 18 March 2011. (4) All response (quotes/proposals) to this RFQ are due to this office by 1400(2 pm PST) on 21 March 2011.
