Supply and install one 28' x 52' (1456 sq foot) 6-person, type bunkhouse, and one 8' x 8' entrance vestibule for attachment to the bunkhouse on-site. To be installed on Government furnished foundation. The Government shall also be responsible for installation of all utilities outside the foundation limits. Site conditions include: 8000' elevation, 60 lbs/sf snow load, 90 mph wind load. Design and construction shall comply with applicable requirements and Codes.
