Item 02, Baldy Creek Arch is for 19.5 Meter aluminum structural plate arch, 4521mm span 1473mm raisse, non-coated, 2.82 thickness or steel structural plate arch 4521mm span, 1473,, raise, coated, 2.77mm thickness. Item 03 is for 13 meter, 1800mm corrugated metal pipe, 2.77mm thickness for steel or 2.67 thickness for alumnimum. Delivery will be FOB destination Ochoco National Forest, Lamonta Complex, 1175 Lamonta, Prineville, Oregon 97754; Delivery shall be within 30 days of the notice of award which is estimated to be May 31, 2004.
