The Government intends to award a competitive commercial fixed priced type BPA for the US Secret Service located in the Washington, DC area. This will be a single award BPA for brand name only 5.56MM Force on force marker training ammunition. Award is intended to be made by Sep. 30, 2017. Award will be made on lowest priced technically acceptable. The resulting contract will be for one year and two one year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 332994. This is set aside for 100% small business. To be considered for award, offerors must provide a quote that follows the instructions of the RFQ.

Potential offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will only be available by downloading the documents at the Federal Business Opportunities Website at http://www.fbo.gov. This office will not issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency.
