The Work to be done consists primarily of demolishing and removing concrete sidewalk, concrete foundation, driveways and curb & gutters, excavating subgrade, furnishing and installing LFG collection system, subgrade liner, and constructing drainage pipes. Bids are required for the entire Work. Plans and specifications are posted on the City’s website at http://www.longbeach.gov/finance/business-info/purchasing-division/purchasing-division/ and available for free download, however, you must be registered (registration is free and may be accomplished at the same URL) and logged in to view or download the documents.
