The procurement will also consist of 5,515 each of 94 pound plastic lined paper bags filled with Cement, Bagged, general construction type 1, gray color, without air entraining feature, IAW ASTM C150-85. There is no guaranteed minimum requirement and the maximum requirement is 1,906 ton of bulk Portland cement and 5,515 bags of cement, general construction. FOB Destination, McAlaster Army Ammunition Plant, McAlas ter, OK. Delivery of cement shall be 3 days after receipt of delivery order with an acceptable variation in quantity of plus or minus 10 percent.
