Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes but is not limited crack seal, asphalt patching and re-strip areas that were patched/crack sealed. Work shall be conducted at Western?s Loveland Area Office, located in Larimer County, Colorado. The magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 to $250,000. There will only be one award from this solicitation. Therefore, all Bidders must submit their bids on an "all or none basis". This solicitation will be issued on or about August 15, 2002. Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds shall be required. The closing date is on or about September 17, 2002. This proposed procurement is full and open. National American Industry Classification Code is 23411 and the applicable size standard is $27.5 million. The solicitation will be posted electronically at this web site.
