Descriptions: Rollup Doors – 10 each, Door width will be 18 feet, Door height will be 14 feet, opening width 18 feet, opening height 14 feet, motor, headroom 28 feet minimum. Curtain slats will be 22 gauge, F-265 flat faced galvanized steel primed tan or grey. Curtain will be provided with malleable iron endlocks on alternate slats. Windlocks will be used as required to meet design wind loads, minimum 20 psf. Guides will be three structural steel angles with weatherstripping on exterior side. Brackets will be hot rolled steel plate to support the barrel, counter balance and hood. Internal baffle will be provided in hood. Counter balance will be helical torsion springs housed in a steel pipe and adjustable by means of an external tension wheel. All non-galvanized, exposed ferrous surfaces will receive one coat of rust inhibitive primer. Door will include 3/4 hp 115V single phase motor. Instant reversing with applicable reversing devices and automatic reset thermal overload. Control circuit is a 24V three-button "Open-Close-Stop" constant contact station. Headplate and wall mount door drive is by chain and sprockets. Safety edge included. Installation not required. This solicitation FA4801-04-Q0332 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
