This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) located at Fort Bragg, NC is issuing a solicitation for repair/replacement of damaged walls for Shoot House #75 located on Ft. Bragg (range).

Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000.

Government will host a site visit. Time/Date/Location details provided in the attached solicitation.

Closing Date: 27 February 2015. Closing Time: 12:00 PM EST.

This action is a 100% competitive HUBZone set aside. In order to be eligible for a HUBZone award, a HUBZone small business concern must be a HUBZone small business concern at the bid opening and at the time of contract award. (Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.1303(d))

The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract. The final delivery date is 30 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP).

The NAICS code for this requirement is 236220. The small business size standard is $36.5 million.
