This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The California Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase 2187 tons of crushed granite rock, for delivery to Camp Roberts located near San Miguel, CA. The rock is to be inch by 1 inch, to be used for erosion control projects and delivered in transfers and tailgate spread. Rock is to be delivered up to 8 miles inside the front gate at Camp Roberts. Bids and proposals must include the cost of delivery in the proposal.
Deliveries of the rock are to begin at the time the purchase order is awarded, and complete delivery of 2187 tons will take place within 30-45 days following contract award. Deliveries must be scheduled and coordinated with Camp Roberts ITAM coordinator and front gate personnel.
Simplified acquisition procedures will be used. The following FAR and DFAR clauses are hereby incorporated into this solicitation: 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration; 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items.
