The Contractor shall comply with the Specifications, Contract Drawings and the City Code, and adhere to all current regulations of NYSDOL, NYSDOB, OSHA and all other involved regulatory authorities having jurisdiction. The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing and installing the following: exposed and underground conduits with associated fittings and handholes, safety bollards in new concrete bases, yard hydrant in a new concrete pad with connection to the water supply, asphalt pavement markings, plumbing, and any restoration associated with the work. Bid prices shall include labor, materials, and all associated costs as necessary to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents. The actual trailer shall be furnished and installed by others under a separate contract.
