This request is for a turn-key campus-wide and off campus integrated indoor and outdoor mass notification system for personnel alerting to provide real-time information to all NCTC building occupants or personnel in the immediate vicinity of a building during emergency situations. To reduce the risk of mass casualties, there must be a timely means of notifying building occupants of threats and what should be done in response to those threats. The system must have the ability to notify NCTC personnel on and off campus of current operating status as well emergencies.
