THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. This is a market survey to locate potential sources to supply a Synthetic Aperture Radar/Ground Moving Target Indicator (SAR/GMTI) sensor installed on a Warrior Alpha Unmanned A erial Vehicle (UAV). The SAR/GMTI is a multi-function radar that operates in both SAR and GMTI modes. They provide commanders with an all-weather surveillance, reconnaissance and security capability, and enhance situational awareness. The radar shall weig h no more than 115 pounds and consume no more than 1000 watts of prime power.
The government intends to purchase 1-5 units of the SAR/GMTI radar system, using a firm-fixed price contract with delivery completed no more than 8 months after contract a ward. The government also intends to purchase contractor logistical support for the SAR/GMTI radar system (spares, supportability, maintenance). The government does not own any of the drawings or the technical data package. Performance characteristics a re available upon request.

" Ident ification of the contractor as a Large or a Small Business. If a Small Business, please identify as an 8(a), HUBZone, Disadvantaged, Women-Owned, or non-disadvantaged.
" Past Performance for these or similar items. The contractor shall submit their part numbers, NSN, or nomenclature and the date of the last manufacturing effort of the same or similar items for which they have production experience. Government contract numbers, if applicable, shall be provided.
" The contractor shall cite the qua lity standard (either Government or Industry) that shall be in place for this effort.
" The contractor must provide information to show that he possesses, or shall possess, adequate production plant facilities (equipment, tooling, and space) to enable h im, or his subcontractors, to produce this item.
