This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources of supply for NSN 5340-01-444-5394, Bellows, Protection, NSN 5340-01-444-5395, Bellows, Protection, and NSN 5340-01-444-5396, Bellows, Protection. These items are the spare parts of the AS-4429/TS C Lightweight High-Gain X-Band Antenna (LHGXA) and AS-4429D/TSC Large Aperture Multi-Band Deployable Antenna (LAMDA). These items are only defined by Harris Corp and Yale Industrial Products Inc. part numbers and National Stock Numbers. Detailed technica l data for the manufacture and acceptance of these units are NOT available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing these items must so indicate in writing to: Commander, U.S. ARMY C-E LCMC, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-COM-T-TM (Stanley Chan), Building 1202W, Fo rt Monmouth, NJ 07703-5023. Response via electronic media using Microsoft Office 2000 products (i.e., Microsoft Word and Excel), and Adobe Acrobat (Portable Document Format) is acceptable and preferable. The response MUST include documentation such as te st results, test procedures for these items, and copy of purchasing order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit that will be form, fit and physically, and functionally interchangeable and interoperable with the existing LHGXA Antenna. Successful suppliers may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended the Army and that it will be delivered on time.
