NA In accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 12 and supplemented with additional information, Technology Applications Office requires the replacement of the existing antenna portion of the Multi Carrier X Band earth station at Ft Bragg, NC. This project will be in three phases: (1) Removal of existing equipment, (2) Site preparation, and (3) Installation of new system to include training and DISA Certification. The contractor shall have a Secret facility clearance (this is a pass/fail factor). Award wi ll be based upon the overall best value to the Government based upon the contractor’s technical ability, management, past performance and price. This solicitation is unrestricted. The solicitation is anticipated to be released on 10 May 02. A preproposa l conference/site survey will be scheduled.
