This is a combined synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and Request for Quotation MDA112-03-T-0009 is attached to this announcement. This solicitation is being solicited as a 100% set-aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334220, size standard 750 employees. The Television-Audio Support Activity proposes to procure items listed on the attached referenced solicitation, FOB destination to McClellan, CA 92652. The Brand name and part numbers have been identified as meeting or exceeding the Government?s minimum requirements but are not established as standards upon which other offered brand named items will be evaluated. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Offeror's proposing to provide other than the requested item shall include specification data sufficient to enable the Government to determine the capability of the offered item to meet the specifications stated above. The evaluation criteria for this solicitation will consist of the lowest price, technically acceptable items.
