This is a synopsis of commercial items issued in accordance with FAR 5.203. The solicitation attached to this synopsis constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a hardcopy solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to procure the items shown on the attached solicitation FOB destination. This acquisition is not set aside for small business. The brand name and part numbers have been identified as meeting or exceeding the Government's minimum requirements but are not established as standards upon which other offered brand named items will be evaluated. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Offerors proposing to provide other than the requested item shall include specification data sufficient to enable the Government to determine the capability of the offered item to meet the specifications stated above. Offeror representations and certifications must also be provided if the offeror has not provided them to T-ASA within the last year. The representations and certifications are provided as an attachment to this solicitation.
