Determinations not to compete this proposed procurement were made because: Replacement CODAN radio UIC/AC-3 Modules, purchase CODAN P-25 Phase II compliant radios as replacements and upgrades for ageing CODAN radios. These radios must be electrically and mechanically compatible with the existing CODAN equipment deployed in the field. These Modules must be fit, form, function and factor interchangeable in CODAN radio repeater systems as used by the BLM.
