The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to GPSit International Technologies, Bonita, CA for the acquisition of 25 each of the following equipment: GPSit Model FS1 tracker kits with unit, battery and charger; FS1 Data Cable for Programming; FS1 slap and stick deployment case; One time activation fee per unit; and a one year premium 7000 service plan. The proposed purchase order is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with the GPSit International Technologies under authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1 Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for GPSit International Technologies. The NAICS code is 334220. The small business size is $6.5 million. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed-price purchase order. Interested partied may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
