This is a notice on intent to issue an order to SWE-Dish Satellite Systems, 12343 Sunrise Valley Dr., Suite D, Reston VA 20191 on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed procurement is for 2 each Digital Video Broadcast Encoder MPEG2 to be used with currently deployed tactical equipment systems managed by Army Broadcasting Service and affiliate units.
