The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for a minimum of one hundred and seventy-five (175) DVD/CD Duplicators. (See attached specifications.) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DJDEA-05-ST-0194(Q) and this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All items will be delivery to Lorton, VA 22079 within 45 days after receipt of order. The following FAR clauses are applicable to this acquisition 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial (JAN 2005); 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Item (MAR 2005); 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (OCT 2003) and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Status or Executive Orders-Commerical Items (APR 2005).
