This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a contract for the purchase of Electronic Switch, NSN: 5985-01-439-4719EW, applicable to ALR-56C. Contract will be for a fixed quantity of 11 each with two out-year options for incremental quantities 1-13. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit to qualified sources only. Elisra Electronic, Cage: S7341, MCE/KDI Corp, Cage: 64537, Celeritek Inc., Cage: 2J873, and BAE systems, Cage: 81413 are the qualified sources. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
