79 each non-standard commercial export SKF-14 type Night Vision Monocular kit which contains the following: PVS-14, Head Mount, PASGT Helmet Mount, M4 A1 Weapon Mount, Sacrificial Window, Demist Shield, Tethering Cord, Neck Cord, Shoulder Strap, Shuttered Eyeguard, Eyecup, Brow Pads, Soft Carrying Case, Shipping/Storage Case, AA Batteries, Magnetic Compass (P/N A3187430 or similar type), Lens Cover, Lens Paper, and Operator's Manual.

REQUIRED INFORMATION:

4. If you are a reseller/distributor you MUST provide certification that Night Vision Tubes are NOT Russian made.

5. You MUST reference the FMS case designator on your formal solicitations.
6. Image Intensifier Tube data sheets for each tube with serial number will be requested after contract award

7. There will be a potential call for an incoming inspection by DCMA to check tubes and tube housings

8. A quality system on tubes and tube housings will be requested after contract award.

9. Identify whether you are a small or large business

10. If you are a small business then identify your subcategory, i.e. 8A, SDB, SDVOB, etc.
