Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston (Code 70, Intelligence and Information Warfare Systems Engineering Department) is issuing this announcement for the purpose of identifying sources for a GSM System in accordance with the attached specification. Interested sources must be able to provide the Government with documentation in the form of brochures, capability statements, etc. that the source can meet or exceed all of the minimum qualifications of the attached specification.
