JPEO JTRS is interested in receiving responses from Industry on the current technological capabilities/solutions that can be applied to the JTRS to fulfill near-term as well as long-term solutions towards the Joint Vision. A primary objective of the JTRS is to comply with DoD’s Open Architecture policies by acquiring, at a minimum, Government purpose rights on all data, including software design artifacts and source code. Information is sought regarding the availability and data rights of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS), and/or any Non-Development Items that can be applied as solutions to meet the JTRS Operational Requirements Document (ORD), Version 3.2, dated April 2003.
