The Government intends to add equipment to the Counter Narco-Terrorism Program Office (CNTPO) Single Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (SAIDIQ) contract W9113M-11-D-0005. This action is in accordance with Section 3.0 of the Scope of Work which states, quote mark Additional items and/or substitutes may be added over the life of the contract to keep pace with changes made by the Original Equipment Manufacturer or to support the systems and capabilities specified. quote mark

This action will result in an increase to the SAIDIQ contract value by $29,854,000. The current effort is awarded to Harris Corporation - RF Communications Division, 1680 University Avenue, Rochester, NY 14610-1839. Funding will be provided at the delivery order level. The J&A for other than full and open competition will be posted to this site upon approval.

No solicitations regarding this J&A will be issued and no proposals will be accepted.
