Qualification requirements:Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award.Qualification requirements are available for this acquisition. Theapproximate solicitation issue date is 7 DEC 10 and the estimatedsolicitation response date will be 7 JAN 11. The anticipated award datewill be 31 MAR 11. Electronic procedures will be used for thissolicitation through FedBizOpps at http://www.eps.gov/. THIS IS A SOLESOURCE REQUIREMENT. OPHIR CORPORATION (7U702) IS THE ONLY APPROVEDSOURCE. Award will be made only if theofferor, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualificationrequirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause52.209-1.
