NA The Integrated Aviation Systems 21 Working Group proposes to acquire on an other than full and open competitive basis the upgrade of five (5) AN/PRC-112 radios to the AN/PRC-112B1 configuration and the purchase of one (1) GPS-112 Program Loader. It is ant icipated that a firm fixed price purchase order with a period of performance of ninety (90) days will be awarded to General Dynamics Decision Systems, 8201 East McDowell Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85252 (CAGE: 1VPW8). As the manufacturer of the original equipme nt, General Dynamics has been deemed the only source that has the necessary technical database and expertise to provide the required upgrades. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responses received from interested sources will be reviewed by the Government and given due consideration as required by law.
