The purpose of this amendment is to revise the requirement as follows: The following CLIN structure now applies: CLIN 0001: Qty 23 U/I EA ITT Night Quest 6015, Gen 3 monoculars (P/N ITTQ-NQ6015) or 23 U/I EA ITT AN/PVS-14 Gen 3 monoculars CLIN 0002 Qty 23 PASGT helmet mounts (P/N (ITTA-A3256368) Option CLINS 0003 Qty 23 U/I EA ITT Night Quest 6015, Gen 3 monoculars (P/N ITTQ-NQ6015) or 23 U/I EA ITT AN/PVS-14 Gen 3 monoculars Option CLIN 0004 Qty 23 PASGT helmet mounts (P/N (ITTA-A3256368). Add: Offerors may propose on either or both part numbers. Add: The Government will consider technical quality, delivery, and price when evaluating offers. For evaluation purposes technical quality is considerably more important than cost or price, and technical quality when combined with delivery schedule is significantly more important than cost or price. For evaluation purposes the AN/PVS-14 units are considered technically superior to the NQ6015 units. Add: Clause 52.217-5 Evaluation of Options; Add: The Government shall exercise the optional quantities within six months after date of contract award. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
