This is a notice of intent to conduct a sole source award to Systems Integration, Inc for the expansion of an existing call processing center. Due to system compatibility and integration with the existing system, Systems Integration has been identified as a sole source for this requirement. Items include call processing hardware, call processing communications hardware, call processing application software, installation, training and testing. This is a turnkey operation. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authroity of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be reviewed and documented for future requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any vendor who wishes to submit a proposal to be conseidered for future requirements should email their company's capabilities information to the attention of Robert Sieferman no later than 12:00 PM (noon) EDST, 31 August 2007 at [email protected].
