Notice of Intent to Sole Source requirement to Logicube, Inc for a quantity of 7 each CellDEK-Cell Phon/PDA data extraction kits, item number LC7000 along with a quantity of 7 each Three Year Software Update Service Option. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authroity of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and cpability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be reviewed and documented for future requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competative procurement.
