Notice of Intent to award as a sole source requirement to SkyWave Mobile Communications for DMR200 Transponders and DMR200C Transponders. This proposed contract action is for a supply which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals to be used for future requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be considered for future requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the prupose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future requirements. Any vendor who believes that they can provide the required item should email their company's capabilities information to the attention of Robert Sieferman no later than 12:00 PM (Noon) EST, June 12, 2006 at [email protected].
